Community Building Amenities

The Somerset Community Building welcomes guest with a variety of amenities for those utilizing the space.  The building is available for all day rental.  Building capacity:  150.

The community building offers several banquet tables and chairs.  It is the responsibility of the renter to setup, tear down, and put back tables, chairs, and kitchen amenities.  Mops and trash containers are avialable.

           

 

 

 

Community Building Pavilion & Park

The community building park contains a shelter with 4 picnic tables. The park is fenced in and offers a wooden playground, large metal swing set with 2 infant swings, monkey bars, merry-go-round, spring animal rides, and several slides.  Park is available to all but preference is given to those who reserved the Community Building.

  • 31 wooden chairs

  • 102 White chairs

  • 56 metal chairs

Kitchen

  • 2 refrigerators

  • 2 ovens

  • 3 large sinks

  • Cooking utensils, trash bags, pots/pans, coffee pots
